We understand your concerns about your health and that waiting for results can sometimes be a source of stress.

 

Once your blood samples have been taken, the specimens are sent as quickly as possible to the laboratory for analysis. The results are, for most tests, sent to us by the laboratory within 24 hours. For some tests, the processing time may be longer. The nurse will be able to give you the details for these exceptions before your appointment. This can help you plan your appointment in order to meet the deadline for obtaining the results requested by your doctor. Once your results are available,   they will be sent to you 

immediately.
